Mr. Rakesh Bhogilal Patel

Managing Director

Mr. Rakesh Bhogilal Patel is the Managing Director of the Company. With over two decades of association with the packaging industry, he possesses extensive expertise in manufacturing operations, business management, and industry practices.

In 1998, Mr. Patel co-founded a partnership firm under the name M/s Bipin Offset, engaged in the manufacturing of packaging products. Since inception, he has been continuously involved in the packaging business and has played a pivotal role in its growth and development. He is also a Designated Partner in M/s Cubatic Pack India LLP which is in the manufacturing of rigid boxes such as sweet boxes, gift boxes, etc.

As Managing Director, Mr. Patel is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Company. His key responsibilities include spearheading business development initiatives, implementing growth strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency. His industry knowledge, leadership skills, and long-standing experience have significantly contributed to the Company’s growth, business stability, and sustained performance.

Mrs. Zinnal Rakeshkumar Patel

Whole-Time Director

Mrs. Zinnal Rakeshkumar Patel is the Whole-Time Director of the Company. She is a Commerce graduate from Gujarat University and has over 13 years of experience in the packaging and printing industry. She is also a Designated Partner in Octa Labels LLP and a Partner in Color Image, a partnership firm engaged in the business of colour xerox and colour printing.

In her role as Whole-Time Director, Mrs. Patel is actively involved in the operations of the Company and oversees various functional areas, including administration and day-to-day business activities. Her academic background, coupled with her 13 years of industry experience and entrepreneurial exposure, contribute to the efficient management and operational stability of the Company.

Mr. Vijay Kanjibhai Patel

Executive Director

Mr. Vijay Kanjibhai Patel is an Executive Director on the Board of the Company. He holds a Master of Arts degree from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan, Gujarat, and has over 15 years of experience in the printing industry. Prior to his association with the Company in 2023, he was a Partner at Color Image, a partnership firm engaged in the business of colour printing and related services.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Patel has been actively involved in managing day-to-day operations, enhancing production efficiency, and supporting business growth initiatives. His industry experience and managerial capabilities contribute to the effective functioning and strategic development of the Company.

Mr. Tushar Rai Sharma

Independent Director

Mr. Tushar Rai Sharma is an Independent Director on the Board of the Company. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree (2019) from Manav Bharti University, Himachal Pradesh, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from A.B. College, Pathankot, Punjab.

He has over 9 years of professional experience in company secretarial functions, listing and regulatory compliances, and legal matters. He began his career as Company Secretary with Alliance Friction Technology Private Limited (2017–2019) and subsequently worked with Pontika Aerotech Limited as Executive – Legal & Secretarial in 2019. He later served as Company Secretary at Pioneer Industries Private Limited (2019–2021). Between 2021–2022, he was associated with CARS24 Services Private Limited and Cariot Auto Private Limited as Assistant Manager – Legal.

Presently, he is associated with ERPL Warehousing Park Private Limited as Company Secretary. In addition, he holds directorship positions at Coreone Workspaces Private Limited, Riddhi Display Equipments Limited, RWU India Private Limited, Gravity (India) Limited and Weldor CNC Machines Limited

His expertise in secretarial practices, regulatory compliances, and corporate governance contributes independent oversight and strengthens the governance framework of the Company.

Ms. Grishma A Shewale

Independent Director

Ms. Grishma A Shewale is an Independent Director on the Board of the Company. She is a qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Master of Commerce from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar.

She commenced her career as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in Rachana Capital and Securities Limited, a company listed on BSE and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and subsequently in Gujarat Liqui Pharmacaps Private Limited as Company Secretary. Since March 2020, she has been associated with I Secure Credit & Capital Services Limited, an NBFC listed on the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She also currently holds independent directorship positions at Curis Lifesciences Limited, and Accretion Pharmaceuticals Limited.

With her experience in company secretarial practices, listing compliances, regulatory filings, corporate governance, and RBI compliances, Ms. Shewale contributes independent judgment and governance oversight to the Board, thereby strengthening the Company’s compliance and governance framework.

Mr. Arun Dash

Independent Director

Mr. Arun Dash, aged 49 years has been appointed as an independent director of our company. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, SEBI compliances, and legal advisory. He is a fellow member of ICSI and hold certificate of practice from July 2010. He also holds Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He was granted the Certificate of Practice in 2010 and admitted as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) in 2018. With over 20 years of experience in corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and capital market compliances, he is the Founder of Arun Dash & Associates, Company Secretaries, and serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Raj Oil Mills Limited. He has previously worked with Shirt Company (India) Pvt. Ltd., Enercon India Ltd., and Reliance Capital Ltd. His expertise spans audit and governance functions, SEBI (LODR) compliances, secretarial audits, insider trading, SAST, and advisory on IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, buybacks, delisting, SME listings, restructuring, mergers, and takeovers.
